Anna also joined the Tarab after appearing as a guest dancer with the company on their Algeria Adventure in 2007. As an established solo performer and teacher in the Leeds area Anna specialises in Egyptian style Belly Dance but also loves to work with a range of props and styles from Shamadan, Sword and Isis Wings to Saiidi, Khaleegy and Shaabi.

She has been dancing since 2000 and regular Trips to Egypt are an inspiration to keep her in touch with the true heart of the dance. Anna has a JWAAD Teaching Diploma, is the Coordinator for the Northern Arabic Dance Association and runs the Book a Belly dance agency.
