Sarah became a member of the Tarab in 2011 to complete the casting for 'Rihla - The Journey of Belly Dance'. Sarah is based in Glasgow where she teaches and performs Egyptian style belly dance. Sarah brings a real Cairo feel to her solo performances and loves to pass this on to her dance group Alchemy.

Sarah has been dancing since the late 90s, studying initially with JWAAD teacher Ann McLaughlin, and then via workshops and regular classes with many national and international dance masters, including Raqia Hassan, Randa, Kay Taylor, Fereshteh and Imman.
